My Approach
I believe therapy is one of the most meaningful tools we have for growth, healing, and real change — and yes, starting therapy can feel intimidating. Just being curious about therapy is enough. You don’t have to have it all figured out to take a first step.
Therapy isn’t about being “fixed” or having all the answers. It’s about having a space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy thoughts, big feelings, unanswered questions and all—without pressure or judgment. Many of the people I work with come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are or where they’re headed. Others know exactly what they want but feel blocked by fear, self-doubt, or old patterns that just won’t budge.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine connection, not a one-sided conversation. We’ll laugh when it makes sense (because sometimes humor is a coping skill), sit with the hard stuff when needed, and work together to help you feel more confident, grounded, and capable in your life. Using a strengths-based approach, I help clients build practical tools to navigate stress, improve relationships, build confidence and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
